Job Summary
Launch the market by building relationships with local businesses, wellness partners, and corporate organizations. Execute community activations, pop-ups, and tabling events while creating engaging social media content. Support JETSET On The Mat classes and capture leads to build a founding member community. Once the studio opens, convert community interest into memberships by following up with prospects and delivering an exceptional member experience during in-studio shifts. Partner with the General Manager to drive referrals, support local events, and help create a welcoming studio environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, fitness, retail, events, marketing, or community engagement
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for health, wellness, and boutique fitness
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and community events as needed
