Job Summary
Community Lead responsible for elevating member experience at a WeWork location, including engagement and retention through curated events, introductions for business opportunities, and creating a welcoming environment for members and guests. Responsibilities include managing quarterly conversations with owned accounts, following up on member feedback via Medallia, supporting front desk coverage, guiding move-in and move-out processes, curating onboarding materials, hosting weekly social events, coordinating building operations and safety procedures, conducting building tours for VIPs or prospective members, and handing off prospective member sales. Requires Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 2+ years in hospitality, with strong interpersonal, networking, verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality
- Proficient local language and understanding of local culture (required)
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask projects from start to finish
- Attentive to detail and able to manage tasks efficiently and effectively
