Community Justice Program Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervise LEAD Case Managers and Screening and Outreach Coordinators through regularly scheduled individual meetings and clinical supervision to ensure clients engage via outreach and trusting relationships. Develop individualized service plans for supervisees, advocate for community resource access, and identify gaps in available services to drive systemic changes. Conduct performance evaluations, approve leave requests, facilitate conflict resolution, and maintain accurate client files and purchasing records. Represent the LEAD program to community stakeholders using strategic partnerships and effective communication. This full-time onsite role includes an optional on-call rotation for one week or weekend per month. The position supports ETS' mission to divert individuals from the criminal justice system toward case management services, fostering community health and safety through harm reduction principles.

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in related field
  • Two years supervisory experience
  • Understanding of addiction and harm reduction practices
  • Understanding of racial justice and social equity
  • Commitment to helping create an equitable environment for all ETS clients and patients as well as fellow staff
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, patients, and staff from a wide variety of ethnic, socioeconomic, and cultural backgrounds
