Job Summary
Coordinate community-based services following HUD approved Crime Prevention Program activities, with a focus on empowering tenants through positive engagement and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Parks/Rec/Leisure Facilities Management
- Driver's License
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Planning and coordination of events experience
- Experience working with youth, families, and communities
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge and familiarity with American Indian cultures in general and the Oneida Nation specifically
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with the general public and Tribal employees
- Ability to establish, implement and evaluate to ensure success of the program
Additional Requirements
- Must pass a background check
- Must adhere to All Oneida Nation Personnel Policies and Procedures
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Requires Tuberculosis (TB) Screening within 30 days of employment
