Job Summary

Review, approve, and process payment for community investment grant requests while maintaining and updating databases to track metrics and support reporting. Execute internal and external communications activities, participate in strategy development sessions, and administer scholarship programs. Contribute to team projects and events as needed. Manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail while engaging internal teams and external stakeholders. This four-month term starting May 2027 is based in Calgary, AB, with a 5-on/2-off schedule.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree or program in the fields of Communications, Business Administration, or Indigenous Studies
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Sound judgment and interest in community investment, stakeholder relations, and corporate responsibility
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada with no restrictions
