Job Summary

Lead volunteer recruitment, event planning, and annual calendar development in collaboration with nonprofit partners. Manage Community Champions training, process sponsorship requests, and administer incentive programs for new hires. Maintain accurate data entry for philanthropic giving and grant agreements while collaborating with Accounting to process invoices. Design communications for intranet pages, manage inventory of investment materials, and support scheduling for external meetings. Serve as a brand ambassador for community-based partnerships and contribute to strategic plans for the firm's global community investment program.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrate passion for social impact and a desire to work in corporate philanthropy
  • Have excellent organization skills and a meticulous attention to detail
  • Consistently aim to deliver high-quality work
  • Approach problems and work with a data-driven mindset, creativity, and determination, while balancing multiple priorities effectively
  • Are flexible and willing to adapt in an ever-changing environment
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Are comfortable keeping others on task and owning a process
  • Have a passion for building meaningful relationships
  • Are proficient in MS Outlook, Word & Excel, as well as other web-based system
  • Bachelor's degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
  • Work authorization in the United States without the need for sponsorship
