Job Summary
Community Integration Professional I provides direct support and employment- and community-based services in a Supported Employment setting. Responsibilities include Person-Centered Employment & Skill Development, Advocacy & Safety, accurate documentation in Setworks, and Vocational & Community Employment Support (including job development, interviews, coaching, employer communication, and transportation to job sites). The role involves cross-training and compliance with agency and regulatory standards (OSHA, DHS, CARF, HCBS) and requires strong communication, adaptability, and reliable transportation. Entry-level position with a base wage of $15/hour, 24/7 service scheduling based on program needs, comprehensive training, and benefits package.
