Community Inclusion Aide

Community Inclusion Aide role supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in building workplace skills, independence, and community integration. Responsibilities include one-on-one support to help clients pursue goals, assist with employment and education-related activities, and facilitate participation in social and recreational activities. The position emphasizes compassionate, resourceful service delivery, driving to carry out work (driving experience and a valid CA license required), and contributing to a supportive nonprofit team.
