Job Summary
Represent Financial Plus Credit Union at community events, sponsorship activations, and nonprofit initiatives while building relationships with local stakeholders and chambers. Coordinate sponsorship fulfillment, manage event logistics including booth setup and materials, and track partnership investments and outcomes. Assist with volunteer recruitment, maintain accurate records and contracts, and support community impact reporting across Northern markets. This role serves as the operational backbone for the Community Impact team, ensuring successful execution of outreach activities that strengthen brand awareness and community trust.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Nonprofit Management, Community Development, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in community relations, event coordination, marketing, nonprofit engagement, customer service, or a related field
- Must be bondable
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and relevant systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic event/project management tools
