Job Summary
Community Impact Coordinator for SNAP delivery, focusing on guiding clients through the application process and connecting them to food resources. You will split time between direct client work (phone calls, applications, and follow-ups) and relationship-building (participating in community events and coordinating with partner organizations across Larimer County) to ensure eligible individuals can access benefits. The role requires fluent English and Spanish, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and comfort with Microsoft Office and online tools. Responsibilities include advising clients through the SNAP application, troubleshooting barriers, following up on paperwork, and expanding awareness of available services to food-insecure families. Previous experience with low-income or food-insecure communities and proactive client engagement is valued.
Required Qualifications
