Job Summary
Lead community HR operations including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, training and development, payroll coordination and benefits administration, and culture initiatives. Manage compliant HR processes, performance management, investigations, policy interpretation, and collaboration with leadership to enhance associate satisfaction and reduce turnover. Develop training programs, maintain onboarding procedures, oversee HRIS/payroll systems, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture in the community.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field is required
- At least five (5) years' experience in Human Resources
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems
- Master's and/or SHRM Certified preferred
