Job Summary
Community Hub Lead at FIGS in Houston, TX. You’ll deliver an awesome in-store shopping experience and assist with store operations. Responsibilities include guiding customer experience, educating on fabric/fit/function, helping customers find styles/sizes, supporting cash wrap, opening/closing the store, inventory management, tracking daily sales, and helping plan in-store events. Leadership duties include training and mentoring teammates, serving as Manager-on-Duty when needed, ensuring safety and loss-prevention compliance, and communicating sales trends and operational needs to leadership. Requires 2+ years retail sales, flexible weekend/holiday schedule, strong interpersonal skills, English fluency (Spanish a plus), basic math/computer skills, and willingness to work during peak holiday periods.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail sales experience
- Fluency in English required; conversational Spanish a plus
- Basic retail math and computer skills; Shopify POS experience a plus
- All employees available to work Black Friday and holiday-season shifts
