Job Summary
Community Host / Leisure Assistant responsible for delivering a world-class experience to hirers, assisting with setting up facilities for lettings and school-related events (e.g., badminton nets, floodlights), light cleaning to keep premises tidy, safeguarding and site security including unlocking/locking gates, and performing health and safety checks. Full training provided covering safeguarding, manual handling, fire safety, and customer service. Role involves lone-working disclosures and DBS clearance; in-person work at schools, with requirements to reliably commute or relocate to Crystal Palace. Strong emphasis on professionalism, organisational skills, and helping schools run events smoothly.
