Job Summary
Community Host responsibilities include delivering a world-class experience to hirers of school facilities, assisting with setup for lettings and events (e.g., badminton nets, floodlights), carrying out light cleaning, unlocking/locking gates and doors, and conducting health and safety checks. The role emphasizes safeguarding, site security, and customer service, with full training provided to cover safeguarding, manual handling, fire safety and office procedures. The position involves lone-working with flexibility to support schools, hirers, and Vivify, and may include additional duties to support the team.
Required Qualifications
- Aged 18 or over for lone working role
- Enhanced DBS check before starting
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
- Ability to commute or relocate to Kingston upon Thames before starting
