Community & Hospitality Coordinator

Part-time Community & Hospitality Coordinator role supporting front-of-house operations at Heyday’s studio. Responsibilities include delivering high-level hospitality to clients in person, over the phone, and online; educating clients on promotions and memberships; demonstrating product knowledge; assisting with check-in/check-out experiences; restocking and maintaining the studio aesthetic; sanitizing; onboarding and training new FOH team members; acting as a hospitality lead to ensure a consistent, elevated client experience; coordinating with Marketing to activate promotions; contributing to social media by creating authentic content; participating in local events and grassroots initiatives to build community presence; serving as a consistent brand ambassador in the studio environment.
