Job Summary
Lead programs for assigned communities, including hospice care for adults and pediatrics, palliative care, and potential future business lines. Ensure premier patient and family delivery through an interdisciplinary team while managing operations, quality, clinical excellence, financial outcomes, business growth, community partnerships, regulatory compliance, and manager mentoring. Requires a Bachelor's in Nursing or related field with 3-5 years of hospice/palliative experience, minimum 3 years supervisory experience, and advanced Microsoft Office and EHR skills. Full-time, in-person role with salary compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or other health-related field
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- 3-5 years of hospice or palliative care experience
- Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health records
- Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of organizational objectives
- Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
