Job Summary
Serve as the single point of contact through the mortgage loan origination process for Chase customers in Worth, IL, promoting Chase mortgage products and coordinating loan originations while ensuring regulatory compliance. Maintain active knowledge of Chase home lending products and local housing programs, educate and counsel clients toward homeownership, train branch staff on products and services, develop and expand external referral networks, and leverage marketing and outreach efforts to generate customer engagement and loan opportunities. Act as the internal and external mortgage expert, manage customer concerns through closing, and collaborate with partners to facilitate successful loan approvals consistent with lending guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- Five years of proven mortgage sales experience including strong product, credit, and mortgage process knowledge
- Understanding of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- Knowledge of local real estate market and ability to build external referral networks (realtors, nonprofits, community groups)
- Strong communication skills for community outreach and homeowner education
- Intermediate PC skills in Windows environment
- NMLS registration and SAFE Act compliance requirements
Additional Requirements
