Job Summary
Community Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending responsible for promoting mortgage products to Chase customers and the community, maintaining knowledge of home lending products and local assistance programs, guiding clients through the loan origination process as the primary point of contact, training branch teams on products and services, and driving customer experience through marketing and outreach efforts. Must engage a pipeline of customers not mortgage-ready through education and counseling, address customer concerns, coordinate with partners, and ensure compliance with lending guidelines. Requires strong knowledge of mortgage products, regulatory requirements, and external referral networks; expected to work with realtors, nonprofits, and community groups to grow mortgage originations.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- Five years of proven mortgage sales experience including strong product, credit, and mortgage process knowledge and an understanding of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
Desired Qualifications
