Job Summary
Promote Chase mortgage products to existing customers and the community, act as the internal/external mortgage expert, and guide clients from initial engagement through application to closing. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Chase home lending products and local housing assistance programs; build external referral networks with realtors, nonprofits, and civic groups; educate and counsel clients not mortgage-ready to become eligible. Partner with branch teams to train staff, drive mortgage loan originations, and enhance the customer experience through marketing and outreach efforts, while ensuring compliance with lending guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- Five years of proven mortgage sales experience including strong product, credit, and mortgage process knowledge and an understanding of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
Additional Requirements
- Contingent on criminal history review and credit check as part of the hiring process
- NMLS registration under the SAFE Act required upon active employment; ongoing compliance and annual renewals
