Job Summary
Lead role in promoting mortgage products within Chase Home Lending, serving as the primary point of contact for clients through the loan lifecycle; leverage local housing programs, education, and counseling to advance customers from pre-application to closing; collaborate with branch teams to train on products and services, cultivate external referral networks (realtors, nonprofits, community groups), and manage a robust customer experience through targeted outreach and marketing channels; requires fluent Spanish, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 5+ years in mortgage sales with knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines; NMLS registration and regulatory compliance are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- Five years of proven mortgage sales experience including strong product, credit, and mortgage process knowledge and an understanding of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- Ability to read, write and speak Spanish fluently
- NMLS registration
- Experience with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators
