Job Summary
Collaborate with providers in patient care delivery while performing triage assessments for walk-in patients and telephone calls. Deliver health education on medication, diet, treatment, and prevention, and administer immunizations, contraception refills, and medications as ordered. Perform other duties as assigned. Requires current Illinois RN licensure, BLS certification, and one to two years of community health or ambulatory care experience. Bilingual status is a plus. Schedule aligns with Erie's hours of operations.
Required Qualifications
- Current Illinois RN licensure
- Current BLS for Healthcare Provider CPR certification
