Job Summary
Community Health Coordinator responsible for managing Augusta Health’s community partnership initiatives, including oversight of the Community Benefit Endowment external grants, scholarships, and sponsorship processes. Work with community partners to implement community-building solutions addressing the root causes of social determinants of health in the local community. Assist the Community Partnership Committee and its subcommittees. Requires sound judgment, discretion, and strong organizational skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and grant/software management platforms; ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree
- Experience as a grant writer, monitor, evaluator and/or performance reporter
- Successful track record of executing grant programming
