Job Summary
The Community Habilitation Specialist provides one-on-one or small group support to help individuals develop skills for safe and independent community living. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or GED
- Ability to become SCIP certified
- Ability to write legibly
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation to and from service sites
Additional Requirements
- Must be available to work 40 hours per week
- All shifts are AWAKE shifts
- Must be able to lift 25lbs
- Must be able to stand and run for moderate periods of time
