Community Growth/Outreach Specialist

Job Summary
Represent BODY20 at community events, health fairs, business expos, and local networking events to introduce our revolutionary EMS fitness technology. Build relationships with local businesses and organizations, then introduce prospective members to the studio and schedule introductory sessions. Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email to help convert community relationships into long-term members while working closely with studio leadership to grow membership. Occasionally assist inside the studio with tours and member experience. This role requires attending events on evenings and weekends, with competitive hourly pay, performance bonuses, and commission opportunities.
