Job Summary
Community Growth Manager role focused on turning Black Girl Vitamins’ active communities into revenue channels. Own Facebook Group programming, member-exclusive drops and codes, ambassador tiers, and a steady funnel to convert engaged members into repeat customers. Manage IG/TikTok/Facebook comments to drive conversions, turn questions into loyalty, and leverage user-generated content. Lead the TikTok affiliate Discord with briefs, challenges, and incentives; partner with the creator/affiliate lead. Develop programming like contests, live Q&As, wellness sessions, and launch events that invite participation and expansion. Drive community-to-commerce initiatives, owning codes, landing pages, bundles, referrals, and early-access drops; collaborate with retention and SMS to maximize lifetime value. Surface product ideas and objections to the team to validate launches before investment. Must have strong, fast writing, experience rallying creators, and running revenue-converting programming (contests, UGC, ambassador programs, live events). Hands-on with social platforms, Discord, Shopify, Klaviyo, and GA4. Also describes compensation and emphasizes alignment with revenue outcomes for a DTC brand and deep cultural fluency with the BGV community.
