Job Summary
Dual-role position combining office administration and direct support for individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include advocating for independence, working closely with families, guardians, Managed Care teams, and staff to ensure services are beneficial; developing and monitoring Person Centered Plans based on each person’s strengths, preferences, and needs; providing direct care, instruction, support, and supervision to individuals as needed.
