Job Summary
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the public space, ensuring the beverages station is stocked and preparing coffee for visitors. Organize public space resources, update signage, and support room set-up for Facility Rentals & Events. Provide back-up support at the Reception Desk and engage visitors through wayfinding and onsite interactions during high visitation times. Stay up-to-date on center activities to encourage deeper visitor involvement and assist staff with assigned tasks during programs. Complete special administrative projects identified by the Community Experience Manager and Coordinator. Collaborate closely with the Community Experience Team, including the Coordinator and Manager, while demonstrating cultural competency and commitment to equity. Bilingual in Spanish/English is required for this in-person Saturday role.

- Previous work or volunteering with the UEC
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
