Community Events Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate onsite and external community events to engage existing and potential patients and families, develop and execute field marketing plans with the Neighborhood Engagement team, collaborate with brokers and payers on co-branded campaigns, manage vendors and contracts for event venues, travel locally/regionally, ensure CMS and HIPAA compliance, and educate partners on the benefits of Suvida’s care model. Strong bilingual (English/Spanish) communication, relationship-building, and project management are required to drive patient engagement and growth in Medicare-eligible Hispanic communities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years related experience in marketing, event planning, community engagement or development
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Healthcare industry experience a plus
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Project management capabilities
