Job Summary
Oversee daily shift operations and supervise Community Executive on Duty (EOD) staff assigned to your oversight. Manage DSP scheduling, on-shift resources, and crisis response while providing telephone triage guidance for complex situations. Conduct independent decision-making using regularly-used computer systems and complete evaluation processes for all EODs under your supervision. Provide mentorship and guidance to EODs while utilizing problem-solving skills to handle detailed, complex concepts and rapid decisions. This role offers training to further develop professional skills within Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health's network of behavioral healthcare programs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Associates Degree preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in a comparable residential/day habilitation treatment program
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to get along with diverse personalities
- Ability to handle detailed, complex concepts and problems
- Ability to make rapid decisions
- Good telephone triage skills
- Knowledge of effective resource management strategies
- Ability to make decisions independently
- Knowledge of regularly-used computer systems
- Ability to provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship to EODs
- Ability to complete the evaluation process for all EODs under their oversight
