Job Summary
The Community Enrollment Navigator assists individuals and families in maintaining Medi-Cal health coverage by providing hands-on assistance with the Redetermination of Eligibility process. This includes guidance through applications and documentation while ensuring successful enrollment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of recent experience in customer service or a related field requiring strong problem-solving and decision-making
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Medi-Cal, managed care principles, or willingness to learn quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and active vehicle insurance
- Typing speed of 30+ WPM required
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish preferred (Tier I certification a plus)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
