Job Summary
Identify innovative strategies to engage patients by gaining agreement for enrollment visits through outbound telephonic outreach and field home visits. Execute community events, health fairs, and canvassing to promote WellBe Senior Medical at patient homes, physician offices, and long-term care settings. Overcome objections using persuasive conversations and solution-based discussions while managing daily reporting, documentation, and pipeline targets. Collaborate with the provider relations team to build awareness through grassroots activities and ensure patients keep scheduled initial enrollment visits. This role requires a high self-motivated candidate comfortable with ambiguity to meet monthly engagement goals across a hybrid work environment with up to 75% local travel.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2+ years of related experience in sales, direct marketing, community relations or customer service capacity
- Prior experience in healthcare
- Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Ability to proactively structure work and problem solve independently
- Proven success with time management and territory organizational skills
- Achievement mindset: ability to consistently hit goals
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products and/or Google Documents
- Strong written and public communication skills
- Access to a reliable vehicle for daily use
- Must be able to perform job duties in a manner that ensures the safety of themselves, coworkers, patients, and the public
- Must be able to perform full cognitive and physical functioning at all times
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening
- Must comply with the company's Drug-Free Workplace Policy
- Must pass satisfactory results of monthly FACIS (Fraud and Abuse Control Information System) checks
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check
