Job Summary

Develop and execute innovative strategies to engage patients with WellBe services by gaining their agreement to schedule enrollment visits. Conduct outbound telephonic outreach and perform field home visits for patients unresponsive to phone contact, utilizing critical thinking to maximize awareness and engagement. Successfully meet monthly engagement targets while managing daily reporting, documentation, and pipeline prioritization for telephonic and field-based activities. Overcome patient objections through persuasive conversations and follow up to ensure attendance at scheduled initial and enrollment visits. Collaborate with the provider relations team to build awareness through grassroots activities like health fairs, senior building presentations, and community canvassing. This role requires a hybrid schedule with up to 75% local travel and full cognitive and physical functioning due to safety-sensitive duties.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2+ years of related experience in sales, direct marketing, community relations or customer service capacity
  • Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to proactively structure work and problem solve independently
  • Proven success with time management and territory organizational skills
  • Achievement mindset: ability to consistently hit goals
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products and/or Google Documents
  • Strong written and public communication skills
  • Access to a reliable vehicle for daily use
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must be able to perform job duties in a manner that ensures the safety of themselves, coworkers, patients, and the public
  • Must be able to perform full cognitive and physical functioning at all times
  • Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening
  • Must comply with the company's Drug-Free Workplace Policy
  • Must have satisfactory results of monthly FACIS (Fraud and Abuse Control Information System) checks
  • Must be able to perform job duties in a manner that ensures the safety of themselves, coworkers, patients, and the public (safety-sensitive role)

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Prior experience in healthcare
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and EMR applications
