Job Summary
Develop and execute innovative strategies to engage patients with WellBe services by conducting outbound telephonic outreach and field home visits to schedule enrollment appointments. Build trust-based relationships with patients and caregivers across physician offices, hospitals, and long-term care settings through grassroots activities like health fairs and community presentations. Create outreach strategies that maximize patient awareness, overcome objections using persuasive conversations, and follow up to ensure scheduled visits occur. Meet and exceed monthly engagement targets while managing daily reporting, documentation, and pipeline prioritization. Collaborate with the provider relations team to promote WellBe benefits in communities with high patient density.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2+ years of related experience in sales, direct marketing, community relations or customer service capacity
- Prior experience in healthcare
- Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Ability to proactively structure work and problem solve independently
- Proven success with time management and territory organizational skills
- Achievement mindset: ability to consistently hit goals
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products and/or Google Documents
- Strong written and public communication skills
- Access to a reliable vehicle for daily use
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be able to perform job duties in a manner that ensures the safety of themselves, coworkers, patients, and the public
- Must be able to perform full cognitive and physical functioning at all times
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening
- Must comply with the company's Drug-Free Workplace Policy
- Must pass satisfactory results of monthly FACIS (Fraud and Abuse Control Information System) checks
- Must be able to perform job duties in a manner that ensures the safety of themselves, coworkers, patients, and the public (safety-sensitive role)
Desired Qualifications

- Prior experience in healthcare
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Familiarity with EMR applications
