Job Summary
Serve as the primary liaison for five residential services brands across Oklahoma City, Stillwater, and Tulsa by building relationships with schools, chambers, nonprofits, and community leaders. Identify, plan, and attend local events to increase brand visibility, coordinate employee volunteer activities, and manage monthly engagement budgets while evaluating feedback. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and the Social Media Specialist to align strategies and bring initiatives to life on social channels. Represent our brands professionally in all community interactions. This role requires flexibility for evening and weekend events and reliable transportation for local travel throughout the metro areas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Experience representing a brand or organization in a positive and professional manner
- Experience with community outreach, events, networking, or relationship building preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong local knowledge and understanding of the communities served
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility to attend occasional evening and weekend events as needed
- Access to reliable transportation for local travel throughout the Oklahoma City, Stillwater, and Tulsa metro areas
