Job Summary
Community Engagement Program Support Specialist focused on operational execution of community engagement activities. Responsibilities include coordinating donations, sponsorships, and payments; overseeing giving platform administration and nomination processes; data gathering, reporting, KPI tracking, dashboards, and compliance support; managing contracts, MOUs, and donor documentation; communications and storytelling of impact; and providing administrative and logistical support. Requires Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of project management experience, nonprofit/philanthropy exposure, strong written/verbal communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Hybrid work arrangement with on-site presence in Indianapolis, IN (3 days/week in office; flexible to meet department needs). Proficiency with AI tools for workflow optimization and a passion for community giving and CSR practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 2 year(s) of project management experience: project coordination, business operations, finance, procurement, etc.
- Prior experience working in the philanthropic, nonprofit, corporate social impact, or community engagement space.
- Familiarity with community partnerships, civic organizations, or place-based initiatives.
- Experience supporting programs across multiple sites/locations or within a matrixed organization.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of above.
