Community Engagement Officer

Job Summary
Plan, organise, and execute engagements across parishes, schools, and partner organisations to promote CDF Community Fund products. Deliver presentations and articulate the fund's value proposition to diverse audiences while collecting leads for the Relationship Manager. Liaise with external stakeholders such as priests and principals, and collaborate with Risk & Compliance to ensure all client-facing activities meet regulatory requirements. Draft marketing materials including email templates, flyers, and website content. Support other engagements within the Retail, Marketing, and Relationship Management teams. This role requires regular travel, a valid driver's licence, and a half-day Sunday commitment for parish outreach. Based in East Melbourne with hybrid flexibility, the position offers comprehensive training and mentoring within a values-driven team.
