Community Engagement & Education Specialist

Job Summary
Manage the logistics for community and education programs, including scheduling ensembles and performances, updating calendars, creating materials for Family Concerts and other educational events, and preparing materials for grant reporting. Responsible for online ensemble registration forms, survey forms, and registration data; coordinate with Marketing on content, graphics, printing, and social media related to educational events; represent the Philharmonic at arts- and education-focused community fairs; collaborate with the Education team to organize resources for Family Concerts, Youth Orchestra, and Club Orchestra events; support data-driven reporting and project coordination while maintaining strong communication with the Director of Community Engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Data entry experience
- Microsoft Office experience- specifically in spreadsheet applications, word processing and PowerPoint creation
- Online survey software experience
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding and appreciation of music
- Team player
