Job Summary
Part-time Community Engagement Coordinator for CASH SJC in San Joaquin County, CA. Support outreach to eligible applicants, assist with eligibility verification, guide applicants through the application and enrollment process (virtually and in person), respond to questions from community partners, and help enroll sensitive populations. Responsibilities include conducting outreach, reviewing documentation for eligibility, supporting in-person enrollment events, and collaborating with team to improve enrollment processes. Requires English proficiency, strong customer service, confidentiality, and ability to travel locally; some work may be done remotely with in-person activities across the county. Local travel is required; position is project-based with up to 29 hours/week for 4 months. Must be authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- English language proficiency
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse populations
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to travel locally within San Joaquin County
- Authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship)
