Job Summary
Community Engagement Coordinator responsible for implementing a regional marketing and business development strategy across Eastern Washington and Idaho. PRIMARY duties include cultivating referral networks, coordinating professional events, conducting outreach to healthcare providers, attorneys, and local organizations, researching new relationship opportunities, maintaining referral-partner databases, monitoring market activity, assisting with regional marketing initiatives, tracking client referrals, and coordinating regional collateral and materials. Requires travel, strong organizational and communication skills, public speaking, proficiency with Microsoft 365, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced legal/professional services environment. Based in Spokane, WA with frequent travel to support brand presence and client relationships in the region. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, community engagement, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
- Demonstrated success in community outreach and relationship-building roles
- Experience coordinating events, seminars, and conferences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and external outreach
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must be comfortable with public speaking
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record; this role requires frequent travel
