Job Summary
Coordinate outreach and volunteer management to establish partnerships with local youth-focused organizations meeting basic student needs. Act as the liaison between the district, community resources, and students, managing a database for referral resources and volunteers. Conduct annual events such as supply and clothing drives, organize recognition events, and assist in developing student and family engagement plans with the social worker team. Serve as the McKinney-Vento Liaison and point of contact for principals and social workers, while assessing engagement success and pivoting strategies as needed. Provide clerical support, prepare communications materials, and complete district-defined trainings.
