Job Summary

Provide direct coaching and support to residential students navigating daily schedules, community expectations, social situations, and individual goals. Help students follow routines in their Student MAPs, build positive professional relationships with encouragement and clear boundaries, and address or de-escalate student well-being concerns. Facilitate social interactions, coordinate extracurricular activities, monitor and document progress, and manage the on-call staff phone during your shift. Assist with meal setup and community space upkeep. This part-time role at Mansfield Hall, a living and learning community for neurodivergent college students, pays $22/hr with medical insurance, wellness dollars, free meals, and a 4% 401(k) match.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, psychology, education, social work, or a related field
  • At least one year of direct experience coaching, mentoring, tutoring, or supporting young adults
  • Comfort in a dynamic residential environment supporting up to 50 students
  • Clear, respectful, professional communication, including in emotionally heightened moments
  • Sunday: 9am-5pm
  • Monday: 3pm-11pm
  • Wednesday: 2pm-11pm
  • Thursday: 1pm-9pm
