Job Summary
Provide safe, courteous, and timely transportation for residential living residents and team members throughout campus using passenger vehicles, wheelchair-accessible vans, and a 14-passenger shuttle bus. Prepare flyers, event announcements, and resident communications while compiling, editing, and publishing the department's monthly newsletter. Coordinate correspondence via Outlook and support planning for resident activities, educational programs, and special events. Requires a high school diploma, current driver's license with two years of experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva. Full-time role, 30 hours/week, Monday through Friday, 10am to 4:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Current driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Applications to include: Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Canva proficiency also required.
- Ability to learn additional software applications as needed.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service, administrative, hospitality, recreation, and/or senior living experience preferred.
