Job Summary
Develops and sustains community partnerships to support ARC programs and operations, drives donation and resale merchandise initiatives, coordinates volunteer recruitment and engagement, and manages in-kind donations. Responsible for donor stewardship, event representation, and outreach activities; maintains records and prepares reports on outreach and donor engagement; collaborates with program staff to align resources with needs and ensures professional interaction with vendors, donors, volunteers, and management. Requires strong ability to build relationships, conduct outreach, and support Salvation Army mission and standards, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred and two years’ relevant experience; must hold a valid state driver license. Local travel to community meetings and events is anticipated.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; and two years of progressively responsible experience in community outreach, donor relations, volunteer coordination, public relations, or nonprofit program support; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Valid State Driver License
