Job Summary
Produce a monthly external newsletter and social media posts while designing client survey models and identifying selection methods for refugee feedback. Draft proposals to integrate client input into newsletters, volunteer opportunities, and outreach events, then workshop the feedback mechanism to present findings to staff. Develop strategies to embed client voices into organizational programs, culminating in the creation of standard operating procedures for a Client Ambassador Program. Gather and analyze feedback through structured communication channels to strengthen community engagement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English required
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience and interest in community engagement and/or communications preferred
- Prior experience and interest working with refugees and immigrants preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
