Job Summary
The Community Educator, Latino Outreach at Mental Health America facilitates culturally responsive mental health education and outreach for English- and Spanish-speaking communities, focusing on trauma-informed content and strategic partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Education, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred
- At least 3 years of facilitation or education delivery experience
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience designing and delivering culturally relevant content to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care and Latino mental health priorities
