Community Education Representative

Job Summary
Call on physicians, area hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities or other senior living settings to promote hospice referrals and Heart to Heart Hospice House; develop and implement territory business plans and manage sales time and resources to meet goals; establish and maintain ongoing public relations efforts to increase brand awareness and community understanding of the organization and its services; utilize CRM and other tools to effectively manage accounts and performance; perform other duties as required and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and policies; travel as needed to support sales activities; role is full-time with salary and benefits, including a company car for qualifying individuals.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of progressive sales experience in hospice sales, home health, or other healthcare sales strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of business management and a strong knowledge of the Medicare Hospice Benefit
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation and provide ongoing valid / current auto liability insurance
