Job Summary
Call physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and senior living settings to promote hospice referrals, Heart to Heart Hospice House, and community resources. Work with hospice eligible patients and their loved ones during admission processes in collaboration with Hospice House staff. Develop and implement territory business plans, manage sales time and resources to meet established goals, and establish ongoing public relations efforts to increase brand awareness. Utilize customer relationship management software to manage accounts and performance while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Maintain a valid driver's license and provide ongoing auto liability insurance. Required Qualifications
- One to three years of progressive sales experience in hospice sales, home health, or other healthcare sales
- Knowledge of business management
- Strong knowledge of the Medicare Hospice Benefit
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Provide ongoing valid / current auto liability insurance
