Job Summary
Community Donation Center Operations leadership: oversee daily CDC operations at Savers’ store in NY, ensure organized donation flow, staff supervision of CDC Ambassadors, partner with Production/Store teams to manage donor flow, promote Savers brand in-store and in the community, train and coach ambassadors, schedule staffing, measure donation goals, and deliver fast, friendly donor service. Lead donor-service initiatives, engage with donors and community partners, coordinate with Sourcing for fund drives, and drive community impact. Requires strong presentation, mathematical, verbal/written communication, coaching, and leadership skills; ability to lift and manage physical operations; high school diploma required with post-secondary preferred; travel as needed. FLSA: Non-Exempt. Location: 260 Voice Rd., Carle Place, NY 11514 (New Store Opening - training at Bethpage NY or Centereach NY). Savers is an E-Verify employer.
