Job Summary
Lead and support a diverse volunteer team to deliver disaster-cycle services in a rapid, accessible, and equitable manner for communities served by the San Leandro region; deploy to disaster relief operations at least once annually; coordinate volunteer engagement and partner with local organizations to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters; activities include managing volunteer-led disaster response, building community resilience, and ensuring culturally and linguistically appropriate service delivery while meeting program targets and training requirements.
Required Qualifications
