Job Summary
Community Director role responsible for managing all facets of a multi-million-dollar asset, leading service and leasing teams, achieving budgeted income/expense targets, performing inspections and maintenance coordination, executing marketing/leasing strategies, handling payroll, mentoring staff, conducting property tours, negotiating lease renewals, processing applications, ensuring asset cleanliness and upkeep, vendor management, and maintaining compliance with Fair Housing and company policies while delivering excellent customer service to residents, associates, and vendors. Requires 1-2 years property management experience, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry tools (Yardi, Paycom preferred), and willingness to work across multiple properties; must pass background checks and be able to provide reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years property management experience
- Willing and able to be assigned to other Weidner properties as needed
- Must agree to a criminal background check
- Must sign an agreement for voluntary drug testing
- Must have access to personal vehicle and/or reliable transportation
- Driver’s license, vehicle and vehicle insurance must be valid and unexpired at all times and match the country in which associate will work
